Based in the artistic heart of Central, Hong Kong at our Hollywood Road studio, we are dedicated to ensuring every selection enhances your living environment. If a product does not meet your aesthetic or functional expectations, our concierge team is committed to a professional and transparent resolution to protect your investment.

2. THE 30-DAY CURATION GUARANTEE To ensure absolute confidence in your purchase, we provide a 30-day evaluation window from the date of confirmed delivery. To maintain the premium quality standards of THE HOME EDIT, all returns must be in their original, unassembled condition, featuring intact manufacturer packaging and all brand identifiers.

3. AUTHORIZED LOGISTICS PROTOCOL To ensure the safety of international shipments and expedited processing, we utilize a structured Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system. To initiate this process, please contact our global support team directly at yitahome.store@thehomeedit.us. Please note that for security reasons, returns cannot be accepted at our Goosebump administrative office on Hollywood Road without prior authorization and a designated warehouse label.

4. TRANSIT INTEGRITY & REMEDIATION We maintain a rigorous quality oversight, yet we recognize the complexities of global transit. We request that you inspect your order within 48 hours of arrival. Should any structural defects or transit-related damages be identified, please submit photographic evidence to yitahome.store@thehomeedit.us. Verified claims will be handled with high-priority replacements or a full restitution at no secondary cost to the client.

5. CUSTOM & FINAL SELECTIONS In alignment with global boutique standards, bespoke items tailored to specific dimensions and items marked as "Final Sale" are ineligible for return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is necessitated by a verified brand error.

6. FINANCIAL STEWARDSHIP Upon the successful quality audit of your return at our distribution hub, we will issue a notification of approval. Refunds are credited back to the original payment instrument. While most credits reflect within 7 to 12 business days, our finance team remains available at +1 (951) 260-1672 should you require assistance with your financial institution’s reconciliation process.
