Please allow a synchronization window of 24 to 72 hours for the carrier's tracking portal to reflect the initial movement of your parcel.

5. INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE & IMPORT DUTIES

As THE HOME EDIT operates through a global logistics network, international orders are dispatched via Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. Any local VAT, import duties, or administrative brokerage fees are assessed by the customs authorities of the destination country and remain the responsibility of the recipient. We are committed to regulatory compliance, though we cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from mandatory customs inspections.

6. ORDER ADJUSTMENT GUIDELINES

To maintain our commitment to rapid fulfillment, the window for modifying an order is strictly limited.

  • The 12-Hour Grace Period: Requests for address corrections or cancellations must be submitted to yitahome.store@thehomeedit.us within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Post-Dispatch Policy: Once an order has reached "Dispatched" status, we are unable to intercept or redirect the shipment.

7. TRANSIT PROTECTION & RESOLUTION
